Passive House, the XXIst century building code, is the international leading low energy building code with more than 80,000 buildings of all kinds (single family, multi-family, offices, schools, high rise buildings...) all around the world. The presentation will give an overview of the PH standard, detail the benefits for the buildings occupants, the building developers, the jurisdictions and the utility companies. We will also share how municipalities are already adopting the PH standard as their construction code as well as the acknowledgements we recently received from the State of California.
